Frequently asked questions
Yes - many of our owners choose to let their holiday home to help cover some running costs when they're not using it. Our team can guide you through the options and explain what works best at your chosen park.
Running costs include annual pitch fees, utilities, insurance and general upkeep, which can vary across our parks. Our team will always talk you through the details clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
You're welcome to visit as often as you'd like to during your parks open season. Whether it's a weekend break or a longer stay, our parks are designed to fit around your lifestyle.
Our parks are designed for holidays and short stays, rather than full-time living. You'll need to have another main residential address and use your holiday home as a place to relax and escape.
